Below is the message you should have received at the beginning of May regarding the change in location of the Connexions Fulfillment Center.

Good morning!!

We are happy to share some exciting news!  We are opening a brand new fulfillment center in Westerville, Ohio this week!  The investment in this new facility will provide greater automation and efficiency, support future growth and allow us to continue being a leader in the B2B space. As a valued partner of Connexions Loyalty, we ask that you incorporate this change into your internal processes.

Beginning yesterday, Monday May 8th, all purchase orders you receive should reference the new address.

Any PO you received last Friday or prior will reflect our Tennessee address and should be shipped to the that address indicated on the purchase order.
