We do things a little differently in the B2B gift card industry.
We work exclusively on a paid fee basis with clients.
Our motivation comes from doing what’s best for the merchant, not what will get us a sales commission. We love what we do, and how our actions affect our clients matters to us.
All agreements settled through SBGC are between the merchant(our clients) and the buyers.
The discount offered to bulk gift card purchasers? We don’t keep any part of it. And we don’t sign anything on our clients’ behalf.
Our clients aren’t tethered to long-term contracts.
We’d rather have clients who want to stay with us rather than clients who are forced to keep the relationship with us. So we work hard to prove ourselves every day and keep our clients coming back. And they do – some of them for 10+ years.
